Individualised Living Options (ILO)
Choose where and how you live
Individualised Living Options create flexible, personalised living arrangements designed around your goals, relationships and lifestyle. Every ILO arrangement is unique — because every person is.
ILO or SIL?
ILO suits people who want greater flexibility and generally need lower levels of daily support. SIL suits people who need more regular or intensive daily support, often in shared accommodation. If you’re unsure, our team can help you find the right fit.
Funding
ILO is funded through the NDIS, usually as a separate support item covering the planning, design and support arrangements. Everyday living costs such as rent, utilities and groceries remain your responsibility.
How we support you
Beyond a place to stay, we provide personal care, daily living and community support, medication and meal assistance, nursing where required, and help preparing for your long-term home — working closely with your family, support coordinator and health team.
When MTA might be needed
