Children’s Services & Residential Care
Children's Services
Supporting children, strengthening families, creating better futures
We deliver safe, therapeutic, relationship-based care that helps children and young people who have experienced trauma or adversity to heal, build resilience and achieve positive outcomes. We work in partnership with children, families, carers, communities and government agencies.
We put children first
The safety, wellbeing, rights and voices of children are at the centre of everything we do — protecting them from harm, supporting healthy development and creating safe, nurturing environments.
Our therapeutic approach
Our trauma-informed, evidence-based practice recognises the impact of trauma on a child’s development. We help children build trust, develop emotional resilience, strengthen life skills, grow in confidence and achieve positive educational, social and personal outcomes.
Listening to children, families and carers
Children, families and carers have the right to be heard and involved in decisions that affect them. Their voices and insights help shape our services and drive continuous improvement.
Children's Residential Care Services
Safe, therapeutic homes where children can heal, grow and thrive
We provide quality therapeutic residential care for children and young people who are unable to live safely with their families or carers. Our homes offer safety, stability and nurturing relationships — and the chance to heal from trauma, build resilience and develop life skills for the future.
Supporting children with complex needs
Many young people entering residential care have experienced significant adversity. We understand that behaviour is often a response to past experiences and unmet needs, so we provide safe environments where children can build trusting relationships and grow in confidence. Every support plan is tailored to the child’s strengths, culture and aspirations.
Working together for better outcomes
We work closely with Child Safety Services, families, carers, schools, health professionals, cultural and community organisations to create stable, supportive environments where young people thrive.
