How we respond
We acknowledge your complaint promptly, listen respectfully, investigate where needed, keep you informed, and work towards a fair and timely resolution. If we can’t resolve it immediately, we’ll explain why and discuss your options, including escalation.
Privacy
We keep all feedback confidential. You may provide your details, remain anonymous, or nominate a representative or advocate. Information is shared only with those helping to resolve the matter.
